How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your online order is received, our processing and manufacturing team will get to work immediately.


You will receive an order confirmation email (if you don't receive an order confirmation email, please check your junk mail, your order has not been received) and a dispatch/ready to collect email.

We have a wide range of products and ordering methods so below is a guide to each: Your product type can be identified by the "Bubble" on the bottom right of the product image.

Stock Item - No personalisation

(Equipment, socks, Flags etc)

2 - 3 Working Days

Stock Item with personalisation

(School Half Zips, Stock items getting initials etc)

5 - 10 Working Days

Club Shop 365 / Made to order products

(All items available on Club shops)

15 - 20 Working Days

Pre-Order Portals

(All Items ordered in a Pre Order Portal)

30 Working Days from close of ordering window.

Teamwear Sets / Group Orders

Your sales rep/account manager will give an estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed. We have a wide range of products and packs which range from 5 working days to 30 working days or less.

in 2025 we have dispatched 98% of orders ahead of quoted times.

Dispatching your order as soon as possible is our priority, however, this may take slightly longer during peak periods.

Can I return or exchange my products?

Items that are faulty will be refunded/exchanged, without delay.

Customised products are non refundable, unless faulty.

Please note, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on: 

  • Any Club shop items
  • Personalised School shop items
  • All jerseys personalised with a name/number
  • Any personalised or made to order goods
  • Half/Half Jerseys
  • Garment or product with initials, names etc. printed, crested or embroidered onto the product.

Are they made in Ireland?

Yes, We are licenced suppliers of GAA, Camogie, and LGFA Teamwear and continue to manufacture in our factory in Castlecomer.

We are independently audited every 12 months and keep to the highest international standards.

We are WFSGI certified for Code of conduct in manufacturing and business practices.

We also supply and manufacture for Soccer, Athletics Clubs, Corporate organisations and Schools, all around the country.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

How can I pay?

Payments can be made directly by EFT, Mastercard, VISA, Visa Debit. We also accept club cheques.

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver online orders to Ireland and the UK. Teamwear sets / Group orders can be delivered to anywhere in the World.

Delivery Charges.

Delivery charges for online orders:

€0-€50.00 - €8.00

€50-€100.00 - €6.50

€100.00-€150.00 - €4.50

Over €150.00 - FREE

All Teamwear Sets / Groups orders are delivered free of charge.

We use DPD tracked overnight delivery as standard in ROI. Rest of the world may be DPD or DHL depending on destination etc.

We have unlimited designs on Teamwear. Some of which can be seen on the Website - Click Here

Are my details stored?

Online customer details will be stored on our website and used only for order processing and dispatching. If you have opted in, you will receive promo and marketing emails.

Contact details for Counties, clubs and schools etc, will be stored in a CRM database. This information is not shared with any third parties.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled at the very early processing stage, once an order has gone into production it can no longer be cancelled or amended.

Quote your order number if you need to cancel your order. As we process and manufacture efficiently it is advised you contact us ASAP after receiving your order confirmation email.

What times do you open?

Our Factory/Showroom is open 9.30am - 1pm & 2pm - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Factory / Showroom is closed on weekends and bank holidays etc. We also close for a 2 week period over the Christmas break.

Our sales team works remotely so may have varying working hours.

Out of hours calls/meetings are available on request.

Can I get samples?

Our Sales Team can visit your club and provide samples to try, alternatively samples can't be collected in store or sent to clubs.

Please note a charge will apply for any sample not returned.
